Webrider provides the “Best of Both Worlds” - Webbing and Springs. Matrex developed this product in answer to customer requests for a suspension system that has the durability and comfort of webbing, while providing the high crown of spring seating systems. The WebRider concept consists of multiple springs pre-loaded within an elastic assemblage. The system features simple installation techniques, seat crown, and plush, deep ride comfort seating. |

The WebRider may be custom made to meet specific requirements by varying the type and number of springs as well as the type and elongation of the webbing, and also adjusted for seat depths between 16 and 36 inches.Webrider has been developed to meet the seating requirements of recliners, motion furniture, and household living room and occasional pieces. |

Fatigue tests performed on Webrider units show less than a 2% loss of load bearing properties after 100,000 cycles, 150 lbs. load, at a 2” drop cycle test. The product is also adequate for high traffic seating.
